Looking to sublet my room @ Union on Plum, located a few steps from CSU campus. The individual lease is for one private bedroom and private bathroom within a 4x4 unit. The floor plan can be found in the photos and the sublet would be for an end unit bedroom. The lease would end 7/31/2021 with the possibility to renew for next year.

Pet friendly. Cable and internet included in rent. Utilities are typically an additional $10/mo (on average) but will vary depending on your usage. There are great amenities such as: 24/7 study lounge w/free printing, gym access, pool and hot tubs, outdoor grill and lounge area. Parking is free along City Park Ave and attached parking is also available for an additional monthly cost.
