Hey there! I work in healthcare and am having to relocate for work due COVID so I'm subleasing my apartment. The lease will end July of 2021. Although my ad says move in is November 1st I can move out quicker, if needed. I'll also absorb any fees or deposits as incentive.
It's a shared kitchen/living space with a separate bedroom. I have an awesome female roommate that is quiet, super clean, and loves to cook. Female roommate preferred.
Utilities, WIFI, AND a covered parking space are included in current rent. Because of this rent fluctuates a little depending on A/C and electrical usage but I pay $720-$750/month. (If you wanted to get rid of the covered parking it would be even less!)
Some of my favorite things about the apartment are the large walk in closet, in unit W/D, and pool.
The complex is located 6 miles on the UT Shuttle from the University Of Texas, less than 5 miles from the State Capital and less than 10 minutes to 6th St or Rainey St! It's also a short walk/drive to an HEB plus and various restaurants.
It has NEWLY RENOVATED state-of-the-art amenities like a cyber lab, gym, clubhouse, TV’s and 141” projector screen.
